The Hub

The entree hub helps you access content, open applications and find links to valuable web resources gathered by meetroo and partners.

Each item in the Hub can be enriched with a link to directly access additional information like a user manual.  Each item can have multiple keywords which act as synonyms. The hub can filter content using companywide categories like department names, business processes or topics.

Entree brings stupid simple discovery of SharePoint content, like sites, document libraries or pages. Where the Free version uses default search queries, the Business version has the ability to add custom SharePoint search queries to automatically add content to the Hub.

Organisations often store customer data in a document library where each folder has the customer company name. By enabling folder search on such a document library, employees can type the first letters of the customer name in the Hub, find the folder and directly open the contents within Entree with a single click.

Open Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, Planner boards, Power BI dashboards and SharePoint Modern pages and Web parts directly from inside the Entree user interface.

Besides integrating with SharePoint and Office 365 productivity tools, Entree leverages Microsoft’s comprehensive Identity as a Service (IDaaS) Azure platform. This results in single sign-on (SSO) access to all of the 10.000+ Azure AD integrated applications including Salesforce, Google Apps and Dropbox.

Content Packs

Entree Business comes with a growing set of content packs. Content packs are related to a specific topic like compliance, IT or HR. Content Packs also exist for application platforms like Dynamics 365, SalesForce.com and Atlassian. These packs can be configured with your company’s vanity name and include deep links to important application functionalities like creating a sales lead, opening a sales funnel or adding an issue.

Content packs often also include links to manuals, roadmaps and support resources. Partners can create their own Content packs with specific links to applications, service pages and other resources. Entree configurations and Content Packs can be distributed to all or a specific set of customers using the Partner API.

All links are language specific and are steered by browser language or a company default.

Collaboration Compass

Quick Access to SharePoint Sites, Office 365 Groups and Microsoft Teams

Most middle size and big companies have hundreds of SharePoint (classic) sites and hundreds of Office 365 Groups and Microsoft Teams. Navigating to the correct content repository or team collaboration area can be hard.

Entree brings direct search and access to all Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Groups and SharePoint Sites. From the home screen the last active Site can be opened, and all teams and sites can be found from the hub. Finding your collaboration space should be easy, work happy!

Desktop App

Auto load and open Entree directly from Windows

The entree application can be opened directly from your Windows 10 desktop using our Metro, Modern, Universal, Windows, UWP, PWA app, which can be downloaded from the Windows Store. We are also planning to launch a MAC app later this year.

Contextual support

One-click chat, bot or phone support

Each bookmark in the Hub can be extended with a support resource. This can be a SIP address to directly call a colleague, internal or external support desk using Skype or Teams. It can also be used to start a conversation with a support Bot.

Entree Search Actions allow you to directly search within applications or online search engines. Our free product comes with Search actions for Office 365, Bing, Google, LinkedIn and SlideShare. The branding of the Entree application can be managed from the Admin Panel (only available in the Business version). The background image, logo, font colours and User Interface elements can be edited. All text in the user interface can be modified and support for additional languagescan be added easily.

The Home screen can be configured with a growing library of widgets, all having the ability to display data from SharePoint Lists, SharePoint Search and external APIs. The Hub screen categories can be customized and search scopes can be changed and added. The Feed screen can be customized to show a specific set of News items within SharePoint, Yammer Groups and one or multiple RSS feeds.
